This clever piece of training apparatus has been designed by Ulster and Ireland skipper, Rory Best to help improve line-out throwing and passing accuracy.
Simple to move around the training area, the machine has two training modes, low level for passing practice and high level for line-out throwing practice. In high level mode the height of the target can be set to one of four different positions.
The target is set within a netted zone so that if the ball misses or glances off the target, it is still captured by the net delivering the ball back to the base of the machine. This prevents time being wasted collecting balls and allows players to maximise practice time.
